Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead role as project manager on M&A activity. This includes working with Group M&A on valuations, managing external advisors, leading a cross-functional internal team (e.g. Legal, Finance HR, Operations), preparing presentations to the executive committee, being actively involved in negotiations, being the main point of contact during Due Diligence and involved in the implementation
- Report on M&A and investment pipeline to the deal executives and key stakeholders
- Take the lead role in Outsourcing activity. This includes working with cross-functional teams to own the investment modeling, preparing presentations to the executive committee, leading discussions with potential customers to outsource, and active role in contract negotiations
- Conduct analysis including valuation and business case modeling to provide detailed guidance and insight into potential acquisitions, investments and other strategic opportunities
- Develop, maintain and prepare market and competitive reviews, including maintaining an active outsourcing funnel with key steps on an ongoing basis
Qualifications:
- 15+ years experience in private equity, corporate development, M&A at a comparable investment bank or consulting firm;
- Proficient in building complex financial models and capable of translating raw data into thoughtful analysis and concise presentations to be delivered to senior executives;
- Good working knowledge of corporate development, strategy and/or M&A experience
- Ability to think strategically about acquisition objectives and map strategy into due diligence evaluations and a comprehensive integration project plan
- Expertise with budgets and financial metrics and ratios
