Fantastic opportunity for the experienced Life Insurance specialist to join a progressive insurance firm in Abu Dhabi.
  
Responsible to account management, contract negotiation and agreements for the product with all potential and existing clients for regular and new product functions, offerings and pricing. Create new sales channels, clients and sales opportunities.
  
  • In-depth knowledge of each product, usage and analysis
  • Provide information on all Life insurance lines
  • Track and compare competitors and keep up to date on new product lines
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Prepare portfolio design and comparison analysis
  • Design audit checklist and requirements
  • Prepare broking submissions, marketing and client policies and prepare renewal/new business reports
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with partners
  • Negotiate and close agreements to maximize profits with key accounts, partner stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of product solutions according to partner’s needs and objectives
  • Build a partner pipeline and conduct cross channel activities
  • Advice on insurance portfolio design, policy conditions, clauses and exclusions
  • Act as a secondary contact for the commercial accounts
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships through structured stakeholder management plans and tracking
  • Build and create stakeholder’s portfolio
  • Act as a representative for the company to ensure customer service targets met to improve the customer experience
  • Responsible for keeping current partners satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Resolve all issues or business obstacles pending with partners
  • Liaise between the partners and internal departments and teams
  • Provide updates and reports relating to Life product lines
  • Conduct weekly and month-end reports for internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Prepare presentations for partners to improve the product and enhance their performance
  
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics
  • ACII completion or initiated
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in the relevant field is an asset
  • Life Insurance product knowledge

  • Excellent account management/account handling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to partners
  • Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
  • Solid experience on CRM software (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc)
  • Arabic language skills are an asset
  • Excellent MS word, excel and PowerPoint skills
