Principle Consultant – Financial Services
Based in London or Dubai
Binding Partnerships is looking to further expand its team for 2022 in Dubai.
As a Recruitment Manager at our Dubai office, you will be responsible for heading up the business development and growing our client base across the Financial Services sector.
Since founding in 2010, we have built a strong network of clients ranging from governmental organizations to international and regional businesses – from SMEs to publicly traded companies across the Middle East and beyond.

We are searching for a Manager with a substantial client services orientation. This means understanding your client’s business, nurturing your relationship with them, and having the initiative to provide them with solutions that add value to their business. We work together, and collaboration is rewarded. You must be able to work with minimal direction, be Intrapreneurial, and be self-motivated because you want to achieve and succeed.
You will be responsible for building your client base based on your existing knowledge of the sector and your network.
Our framework enables and assists you to continuously develop new client relationships whilst supporting you in managing your existing clients.
Key Role Objectives
Once your strategy is in place, you will plan, coordinate, and drive business development activities.
You will handle recruiting analysis and ensure all recruiting and candidate knowledge is tracked, updated, and maintained in our CRM system.
You will multi-task and manage various recruitment projects simultaneously.
You will continuously create new initiatives to generate new clients in new markets.
You will run the full recruitment cycle from client creation through to delivery.
You will identify improvements to the recruitment process and collaborate to refine our business model and delivery of services.
You will research news and developments affecting relevant industry sectors to build knowledge and credibility within the marketplace.
You are willing and able to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change.
You must be able to conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidate profiles.
You must have an exceptional client service focus, including attention to producing quality solutions for our client’s businesses.
You will focus on various roles, varying in seniority across geographies, sector verticals, and functions.
You must work independently to build trust-based relationships with hiring managers to be a true thought partner.
You will promote and build the Binding Partnership name in the marketplace and act continuously as a brand ambassador.
You will contribute towards the development of Binding Partnership into new markets, countries, etc.
Ability to communicate clearly and build trust based on working relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
The position will be reporting to and working with the Managing Partner.
Working alongside consultant colleagues to collaborate on new client initiatives and shared mandates.
You would work closely with both of the above on devising your strategy, client development initiatives, brand building, and idea-sharing.
Middle East market experience and European or Asia market experience are essential.
Essential to be entrepreneurially minded and have a flair for business development.
Track record of solid mandate generation.
Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments and cultures by asking the right questions.
Minimum of 6 years plus of business experience.
Five years of experience as a full life-cycle industry recruiter with experience in developing search strategies and client/candidate management.
Mature, confident demeanor in the face of pressure, especially when working with senior professionals.
Have exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Industry experience coupled with executive search experience.
Must be able to conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidate profiles.
Strong and effective communicator.
Have a general interest in the Financial Services sector.
Fluent English and Arabic would be a strong advantage.
