Art Director - Dubai, UAE - relocation 

We are currently representing an exciting Technology start-up company based in the UAE.
  
This position is to develop and coordinate the highly creative digital art narrative and direction of our client's brand strategy in alignment with corporate vendors and subject matter experts.
  
You will manage the various digital platforms and ensure the branding application through all touchpoints and use of metrics and measurements create alignment to strategic targets and corporate mission and vision
  
Key Accountabilities:
Art & Marketing Strategy
  • Develop the art and marketing strategic targets and annual budget
  • Create and coordinate the art and marketing strategy in coordination with selected vendors and subject matter experts
  • Create a digital platform with measurements and metrics
  • Develop the corporate narrative for brand artefacts, including company presentation, advertising material and presence on conference floors
  • Provide strategy to constantly evolve and expand the brand for local and international markets
  
Brand Development & Management
  • Develop, coordinate and manage the brand content, narrative, and story for all aspects of the business and department needs
  • Develop application various touchpoints including mobile and web applications
  • Develop advertising material and social media
  • Develop and manage the visuals of the brand, including illustration, iconography, and colorization in all applications and touchpoints
  • Set and manage the guidelines and processes for applying the brand by the company staff on various touchpoints including but not limited to:
o Website
o Company presentations, video, image material, banner, large scale applications
o Social media posts
o Customer-facing interactions such as call centres and booths.
  
Product and Market Knowledge
  • Research new and trending for digital and art innovations
  • Provide best practices for creating collateral, material, and artefacts such as icons, artefacts, videos, images, illustrations scripts messages, and sound effects.
  • Work with market research and business development to have consistent delivery of the brand across all touchpoints.
  
Material Production
Provide in-house support and deliverables in a Help Desk style that aid company staff in developing branded material that may include: visuals, content, tone, presentation, various branded presentations, social media posts, and proposals, etc.
  
Narrative Content Development & Management
  • Develop the brand narrative as it evolves for brand guidelines and company vision that may include brand language, tone, vocabulary, and taglines/slogans
  • Create guidelines and processes to control the application of the narrative and content on various touchpoints to ensure that it aligns with the brand narrative and language
  • Copywriting of content based on the brand narrative many touchpoints needed
  
Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain excellent customer needs and quality service through pulse survey feedback and enhancement initiatives
  • Provide exceptional branding services to internal teams to have a seamless narrative and consistent visuals, voice, tone, and storytelling
  • Provide a mechanism to protect the brand from misuse, watering down, or misrepresentation by internal or external parties
  • Manage management concerns and follow up requirements
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting vendor, client relationships through
  • structured stakeholder management plans and tracking
  • Build and create stakeholder’s profiles
  • Act as a representative for the company to ensure art and marketing targets are met to
  • improve the customer experience
  • Liaise between the partners and internal departments and teams
  
Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze incoming CRM and team reports and provide intelligence reporting to executives weekly or as needed.
  • Maintain dashboards type reporting for functions for reporting and analysis
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations to improve the product and enhance their performance
  • Maintain a stakeholder matrix and conduct a gap analysis
  
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Visualization.
  
Preferred Experience:
  • 10-12 years of experience in both international or boutique companies.
  • Must have experience in both in-house and agency roles.
