​​The desire to build Binding Partnerships resulted from a yearning to change the way recruiters operate and how they’re perceived. The focus was to provide a differentiated approach to recruitment, tailor-made for Middle Eastern businesses, with a set of core values that we stand by every day. We wish to work with engaged firms who understand that hiring quality people can escalate business success and companies who recognise the major value that a driven and operationally efficient partner can provide during the process of recruitment.   

Since 2010, we have helped hundreds of candidates find their dream roles and enable employers to secure positions with their ideal hire. Every year, we expect to grow and drive the business forward but without losing sight of our roots and the values we set at the beginning; this philosophy has been instrumental for the many firms we worked with at the start still being clients today.

​Prior to establishing Binding Partnerships, James was Head of Recruitment the Masdar, a Mubadala portfolio company in Abu Dhabi, where he was responsible for hiring the executive leadership team across all business functions.

James operated as a consultant within the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre - a financial hub across the Middle East), partnering with international entities across all finance and banking sectors.
