​Dr Debbie Sutherland is the leading authority on systems thinking, adult learning and the organizational change methodologies to succeed in ambiguous and complex work environments. Debbie is an HR/OD executive with over 20 years of experiences with speciality in HR strategy for complex business and start up entities.

Deep experiences in cutting edge leadership and learning interventions, strategic business planning and corporate workshops to help large scale corporate change to ensure alignment with strategic business plans. By using organizational behaviour and adult learning principles, Debbie draws upon her business and change leadership acumen to create corporate wide programs that deliver impactful change.

Debbie attended Columbia University for her Doctorate in Education: Adult and Organizational Learning and Executive Master's Degree in Socio-Organizational Psychology. Debbie is also a certified Executive Coach and contributes to various HR Roundtable and podcasts.
